Let buyers choose bank transfers or other manual payment methods at checkout, with instructions and a pending order tracked in LearnWorlds. Verify the payment outside the platform, then mark the order as paid to grant learners access.

Choose which HubSpot segments sync contacts to LearnWorlds, keeping unrelated contacts out of your school.

Customize the file names of downloaded certificate PDFs using your own text and variables, such as the student name, course title or certificate ID. Set a default template for your academy and choose different templates for individual courses.

Manage awarded certificates from one central area. Bulk actions let you update issue or expiration dates across multiple certificates at once, reducing repetitive admin work.

Turn on a public certificate verification page so employers and clients can check whether a learner’s certificate is valid. Give learners verifiable proof of their training and reduce requests for your team to confirm certificate details.

Set a specific course due date or give each learner a set period to finish after enrollment. For training that needs to be repeated, recurring due dates help you keep learners on a regular schedule.

Bring learners back around certificate expiration or course due dates. Give learners a way to keep their training current, with renewal rules that fit your courses.

Choose whether certificates never expire, expire on a specific date, or stay valid for a set period after they’re issued. Learners and admins can see the expiration status, making it easier to track which certificates are current and when renewal is needed.

You can now track learners who join through the Zoom app or course player, including how long they stayed. Turn this on in your live session settings.

Mobile Inbox in your branded app makes it easy for learners and your team to reach each other – wherever they are.

Schools using eligible Stripe accounts can now offer Pix at checkout for payments in BRL. Give customers in Brazil another familiar way to pay alongside boleto.

PayPal checkout attempts that buyers cancel or leave incomplete now appear as Canceled or Abandoned in transaction reporting. This makes it easier to distinguish incomplete checkouts from failed payments in the Transactions tab and exports.
