Who is eligible to use the Mobile App Builder?

You can only get the Mobile App Builder add-on if you have a Pro Trainer subscription or higher. It is not available on the Starter plan.

Can I submit my mobile applications to the App Store & Google Play Store?

We will do this for you. Our team of mobile engineers will handle the sub-mission process and publish your app(s) to your own Apple and Google Developer accounts. You just need to press the “Submit” button—we take care of the rest.

Can I offer in-app purchases?

Yes. You can charge one-off payments for access to paywalled content or value-added services like 1:1 consultations or event attendance. Please note, both app stores will take a small portion of your in-app sales—we do not.

Before you can start selling via your app, you need to set up in-app purchases within your Apple and Google Developer accounts. Here's how you do that:

Do you publish the app for me?

Yes, our mobile engineers thoroughly review and publish your app to the app stores for you. They will do this using your own developer account so that you retain full ownership of the app.

We do this to ensure that your elearning app is compliant with app store guidelines and can respond to any technical requests, questions, or rejections from the app stores.

How long does it take for you to submit my app for publishing once ready?

Once your mobile is ready and passes through our internal review, it will typically take us up to 5 to 7 days to get your app submitted for publishing.

Can I customize my mobile app?

Absolutely. The app is fully yours, and will appear under your brand in the app stores. When it comes to the in-app experience, you can change everything you like including adding new screens, adjusting the primary and secondary navigation, customizing the widgets, image carousels, themes, and so much more.

Can I test my app before buying the add-on?

Of course—you can set up your app, customize it however you like, and then test the app before even purchasing the Mobile App Builder.
